Deep Serena charges per user, not per startup or project. Each plan gives every user full access to the tier's features. This aligns pricing with team size: add users as your team grows, with predictable per-seat costs.

Credits are a unified usage currency that covers AI compute, IP analysis, compliance checks, and platform orchestration. Open Academics includes 5K credits/month, Academic Pro includes 15K, Deep Explorer includes 25K, Deep Founder includes 100K, and Deep Booster includes 500K. Deep Angels keeps selectable tiers at 10K, 25K, and 100K credits/month.

We never block your work. When you approach your limit, you'll get a notification and can instantly upgrade to a higher credit tier or purchase a pay-as-you-go credit pack. The additional credits are prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. No hidden overages, no surprise invoices.

When you sign up, you receive free credits immediately: 1,000 on Explorer, 5,000 on Founder, and 15,000 on Scaler. These are designed to let you experience the platform's value right away: run your first IP scan, generate a competitive analysis, or build a pitch deck. Once consumed, your monthly credit allocation takes over.

Explorer (from EUR 18/mo/user, 25K credits) is for early-stage founders validating their deeptech idea: basic AI tools, IP pre-screening, and market snapshots. Founder (from EUR 36/mo/user, 100K credits) is for founders actively building: full IP Capsule, grant matching, investor dossier tracking, and competitive analysis. Booster (from EUR 90/mo/user, 500K credits) is for scale-ups needing multi-project portfolios, regulatory compliance, API access, and a dedicated success manager.

Available on Founder and Scaler plans, this feature lets you send qualified startup dossiers directly to investors through the platform. You can track the status of each dossier: whether it's been viewed, shared, or if the investor has expressed interest. It turns Deep Serena into a fundraising intelligence tool, not just a building tool.

Founder plans (Explorer, Founder, Scaler) are for individual startups and their founding teams, priced per user. Partner plans (Deep Accelerator, Deep Incubator, Deep VC Booster) are for organizations that support multiple startups: accelerators, incubators, venture studios, and VCs. Partner plans include portfolio dashboards, cohort management, and predictive analytics across all their startups.

These three Deep Partner plans serve different missions. Deep Accelerator is for public accelerators, universities, and innovation programs that help structure early-stage deeptech ideas. Deep Incubator is for private incubators, venture builders, and startup studios that help startups validate and grow. Deep VC Booster is for VCs, CVCs, and investment firms focused on deal flow intelligence, predictive scoring, and portfolio analytics to maximize investment ROI.

Deep Angels is the self-service Deep Funders plan. It offers three monthly credit levels: 10K credits for EUR 18/month, 25K credits for EUR 36/month, and 100K credits for EUR 90/month. Higher levels unlock more AI compute for startup screening, risk analysis, and portfolio intelligence.

No. Deep Partner pricing covers the platform fee for the partner organization (accelerator, incubator, or VC). Entrepreneurs and startups accessing the platform pay their own subscription fees separately. This ensures a clean separation between B2B partner costs and B2C startup access.

Yes. All plans are displayed at monthly pricing by default, with a yearly option that offers a 20% discount. Yearly billing gives you predictable costs and the best rate.

Yes. All paid plans include free onboarding credits so you can experience the platform immediately. No credit card required to start with Explorer. For Partners, we offer a guided pilot program with a subset of startups.

Yes. We offer special pricing for universities, research labs, and qualifying nonprofits. The Explorer plan is already affordable and ideal for researchers. The Deep Accelerator plan is specifically designed for public programs and academic institutions. Contact us for institutional pricing.

You can export all your prototypes, IP capsules, configurations, and analytics before canceling. We retain your data for 30 days after cancellation for easy reactivation. Downgrading preserves your data but limits access to features of your new tier.

API access is available on the Scaler plan (Founders) and all Partner tiers. It allows you to integrate Deep Serena's AI intelligence, IP data, and analytics into your own internal tools, CRMs, or reporting dashboards.
